Founded in 2019 as a boutique financial firm, with an office on Main Street in Nyack since March 2025. Twenty-three years of accounting experience, brought to businesses that need a financial foundation they can rely on.

That's still most of what people call me for. Somebody inherits what the last person left. None of it is new to me. I investigate and identify the problems, fix the underlying data, and clean up the Chart of Accounts so the financials are reliable for decisions, taxes, and investor presentations.

23years of other people's books

Bookkeeping by accountants. My senior accountant is a degreed accountant and I personally review every close and every clean-up. I don't hire anyone without an accounting degree, and I don't trust somebody who doesn't know why they're doing what they're doing, just blindly typing things in.

Before you call.

Am I too small for you?

Maybe. I work best with established businesses that have real transaction volume and real decisions to make. If you're not there yet, say so on the call and I'll point you to someone who's a better fit than I am.

How fast can you clean up my books?

Depends on how far behind and how messy. I'll tell you after I look, before you commit to anything.

How far behind is too far behind?

There isn't a too far. I've taken on books that hadn't been touched in years. The longer you wait the more work it is, but it's never unrecoverable.

Do I need to be local?

No. Remote, or in person is available based on location and schedule. We will work to transition in-person clients to the cloud as much as possible, improve processes to reduce the in-person time and avoid unnecessary costs for the clients.

What's the difference between a bookkeeper and a CPA?

A CPA files your taxes. I keep the books that make filing possible, and I work directly with your CPA so you're not caught in the middle.

Do you work with my accounting software?

QuickBooks mostly, but also Odoo, Foundation, Sage and Acumatica. If you're on desktop, I can migrate you to online.

What if I just want to learn to do it myself?

That's Training & Setup. I'll set it up properly and teach you to run it.
