These terms cover using this website. They do not cover working with Riverview Accounting Partners. If you become a client, the scope of work and the written agreement you sign set those terms, and they take precedence over anything on this page.

1. Who runs this site

2. What this site is for
It describes the services offered and gives you a way to get in touch. It is general information, not accounting, tax, financial or legal advice, and reading it does not create a professional relationship between you and the firm. Decisions about your own books should be made after a conversation about your specific situation.
3. Prices shown here
Prices on this site are starting points and typical ranges, not quotes. What a piece of work costs depends on its scope, and you will be given a number in writing before any work begins.
4. Using the contact form
Please do not send Social Security numbers, tax documents, bank details, account logins or other sensitive records through the contact form. It is a general inquiry form, not a secure document channel. Once you are a client there is a secure way to send those things, and you will be told what it is.
What you write in the form is used to answer you and for no other purpose. See the privacy policy for how it is stored and handled.
5. Accuracy
We try to keep this site correct and current. If something here is out of date or wrong, tell us and it will be fixed. Nothing on the site is guaranteed to be complete or error-free, and it may change without notice.
6. Other people's websites
This site links to a small number of places elsewhere, such as Google Maps and the firm's Google Business Profile. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content.
7. Content on this site
The text, photographs and logo on this site belong to Riverview Accounting Partners LLC or are used with permission. Please do not reproduce them elsewhere without asking. Client reviews quoted on this site were written by those clients and published by them on Google; they are reproduced here as written.
